It’s time to get healthy – and organised – with The Australian Women’s Health Diary. The 2010 diary costs $14.95 and comes with a bonus pink pen.

The Australian Women’s Health Diary is bursting with the latest health and wellbeing advice, as well as week-at-a-glance diary pages to help keep your busy life on track. Not only is the diary an essential item for every woman, it is also a lifesaver, says diary ambassador, Chris Bath (pictured).

“I depend on my Australian Women’s Health Diary to help organise my busy life. But we all depend on the breast cancer research it supports, because one day this research could save your life or the life of someone close to you,” says Chris.

Every cent raised from diary sales goes to fund vital breast cancer clinical trials research. Last year's diary raised $867,000 and, with your help, we hope to do even better with this edition. So far, the diary has raised a total of $5.1 million.

This new edition of the diary has a beautiful glossy cover and it is the perfect Christmas gift for family and friends.

The 2010 Australian Women’s Health Diary is a unique fundraising diary produced by The Australian Women’s Weekly on behalf of the Breast Cancer Institute of Australia, and supported by the Commonwealth Bank and Avon. It is on sale now in most newsagents, selected Woolworths and Safeway supermarkets, and selected Commonwealth Bank branches. You can also buy a copy by phoning 1800 423 444 or online at www.bcia.org.au.
