A guacamole and ham wrap is an easy way to make your childs lunch tasty and nutritious.
INGREDIENTS

2 avocados
1 tablespoon lime juice
1 small seeded tomato, chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives, finely chopped
130g can corn kernals
4 pieces lavash bread
200g shaved ham
METHOD

Mash 2 avocados with 1 tablespoon lime juice in small bowl. Stir in
chopped seeded tomato, chopped fresh chives and a drained can corn kernels.

Spread 4 pieces lavash bread with guacamole; sprinkle with shaved ham then roll tightly to enclose filling.

(449 cal); 40.1g carbohydrate; 17.9g protein; 4.7g fibre
