Crispbreads with cheesy carrot and sultana filling
INGREDIENTS
6 large cripsbreads
spreadable cream cheese
½ cup grated carrot
½ cup sultanas
METHOD
Spread large crispbreads with spreadable cream cheese; top with a little grated carrot and grated cheddar cheese, then sprinkle with a few sultanas. top with more crispbreads; wrap tightly.
