INGREDIENTS

1 teaspoon finely grated orange rind
2 tablespoons orange juice
2 tablespoons brown sugar
1 small pineapple (900g), trimmed, halved,
sliced thickly
2 medium bananas (400g), quartered
1 starfruit (160g), sliced thickly
¼ cup loosely packed fresh mint leaves
METHOD

To make orange glaze, combine rind, juice and sugar in small saucepan; stir over low heat until sugar dissolves. Cool.

Preheat grill.

Combine glaze with fruit in large bowl. Spread fruit mixture onto two foil-lined oven trays.

Grill fruit about 5 minutes or until browned lightly. Serve fruit sprinkled with mint.
