LSA is a mixture of ground linseeds, sunflower seed kernels and almonds; available in health-food shops or the health-food section in supermarkets.
INGREDIENTS
4 apricots (200g)
125g small strawberries
2 cups (560g) yogurt
½ cup (60g) rolled barley
1/3 cup (40g) LSA
1 tablespoon honey
METHOD
Halve, stone and slice apricots thinly. Quarter strawberries; combine with apricots in small bowl.
Divide half the fruit between four 1½-cup (375ml) glasses. Top with half the yogurt. Spoon over barley, LSA, honey and remaining yogurt.
Cover glasses and remaining fruit separately; place in refrigerator overnight.
Top trifles with remaining fruit to serve.

Use unsalted cashews in the roasted curry mixture or the taste of the finished butter chicken may not be as mellow as it could be.
