If you like pasta, try this quick recipe.
INGREDIENTS

300g long pasta eg spaghetti, bucatini, fettucine
1 red onion, chopped finely
1 red capsicum, sliced thinly
125g baby English spinach leaves
4 tomatoes, chopped
12 black olives
2 tablespoons garlic-flavoured olive oil
salt
freshly ground black pepper
METHOD

Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling salted water, boil, uncovered, according to directions on the packet until "al dente". This is Italian for "to the tooth", that is tender but firm to bite. Drain the pasta and place it in a warmed serving bowl, add the remaining ingredients and toss gently. Serve immediately.
