Mixed berries with sponge fingers

12 savoiardi sponge finger biscuits
1 cup (250ml) cranberry juice
400g light French vanilla Fruche
150g fresh raspberries
150g fresh blueberries
NOTE: This recipe can be made several hours ahead.
Dip the sponge fingers in the cranberry juice; arrange in four serving glasses. Drizzle the sponge fingers with the remaining cranberry juice.
Layer the Fruche and berries in the glasses. Serve immediately or refrigerate for several hours.
Not suitable to freeze.
