Curried macaroni tuna & bean salad

Curried macaroni tuna & bean salad
INGREDIENTS

250g small macaroni pasta
200g green beans, halved
200g yellow string beans, halved
415g can tuna in oil, drained, flaked
1 small red onion (80g), sliced thinly
¼ cup finely chopped fresh flat-leaf parsley
½ cup (125ml) olive oil
¼ cup (60ml) lemon juice
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 teaspoons curry powder

METHOD

Cook pasta in large saucepan of boiling water until tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.

Meanwhile, boil, steam or microwave beans until just tender; drain. Rinse under cold water; drain.

Place pasta and beans in large bowl with tuna, onion, parsley and combined remaining ingredients; toss gently.
