Dashi salt

INGREDIENTS
4 sheets of dried roasted nori sheets (seaweed paper)
30g dried dashi granules
50g sea salt flakes
10g sesame seeds
30g dried flaked bonito
NOTE: This recipe makes approximately 1 cup of dashi salt.
METHOD
In a large bowl, crush roasted nori sheets into small pieces by rubbing them between your hands.
Place the rest of the ingredients into the bowl and rub them all together — the salt acts like an abrasive to break down the larger pieces of nori sheets and flaked bonito. The whole process should take atleast 5 minutes. The result is a flaked salt.
