Brekkie berry smoothie and kiwifruit and mint frappe
INGREDIENTS
Brekkie berry smoothie
½ cup (75g) frozen mixed berries
½ cup (125ml) chilled low-fat milk
¼ cup (70g) low-fat vanilla yogurt
1 Weet-Bix (15g)
Kiwifruit and mint frappe
4 medium kiwifruits (340g), peeled, chopped coarsely
¾ cup ice cubes
¼ cup (60ml) apple juice
¼ cup coarsely chopped fresh mint leaves
1 teaspoon caster sugar
1 teaspoon finely shredded fresh mint
METHOD
Brekkie berry smoothie
Blend or process ingredients until smooth.
Pour into glass; serve immediately.
Kiwifruit and mint frappe
Blend or process kiwifruit, ice, juice, chopped mint and sugar until smooth.
Pour into glass; top with shredded mint.
