Quick Asian greens
INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
1 bunch of baby bok choy or Asian greens of your choice
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon fish sauce
2 teaspoons grated palm sugar
METHOD
Heat oil in a wok over medium high heat, add bok choy and stir fry 1 minute.
Add sauces and palm sugar and cook a further 1-2 minutes or until sugar has dissolved.
Remove from wok and serve immediately
