INGREDIENTS

30ml strawberry syrup (see the 'Strawberry Breast') recipe
60ml vodka
1 or 2 basil leaves (optional)
METHOD

In a boston tumbler place plenty of ice, strawberry syrup and vodka. Shake slightly to incorperate the ingredients and chill, double strain the martini into a chilled champagne saucer.
