Rose petal martini and Apple & rose '75
INGREDIENTS
Rose petal martini
45ml Beefeaters Gin
10ml Crème de Framboise
5ml sugar syrup
30ml pineapple juice
5ml lemon juice
3 x drops of rose water
Apple & rose '75
30ml Hendrick’s Gin
10ml Pomme Verte – green apple liqueur
5ml lemon juice
10ml cloudy apple juice
1 sprig of rosemary
METHOD
Rose petal martini
Add all to the crystal encrusted cocktail shaker, stir, then strain into a martini glass.
Garnish with a floating rose petal
Apple & rose '75
Add all to a carafe and stir, then strain into flute glasses.
Garnish with1 rosemary sprig and 1 dried apple slice
