INGREDIENTS
45ml Havana Anejo Blanco Rum
10ml Pomme Verte – Green apple liqueur
10ml caramelised ginger syrup
2 x chilli slice slithers
30ml lemon juice
5ml of egg white
METHOD
Add all to the ball shaker, then strain over ice and top with crushed ice into a old fashioned glass.
Garnish with half a chilli and 1 mint leaf.
