BBQ french toast

INGREDIENTS
4 eggs
¼ cup milk
1 tablespoon icing sugar, plus extra to serve
1 tablespoon maple syrup, plus extra to serve
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
4 thick slices white bread
1 punnet strawberries
1 punnet blueberries
METHOD
In a large flat bowl add eggs, milk, sugar and maple syrup and whisk to combine.
Pour oil onto preheated barbecue flat plate. Place bread into egg mixture, turning over once and place onto hot plate. Cook for 1 minute each side or until golden and crisp. Repeat with remaining bread.
To serve top with fresh berries, a drizzle of maple syrup and a dusting of icing sugar.
