Rambutan & lime cocktail
INGREDIENTS
2 teaspoons palm sugar
2 limes cut into 8
4-5 fresh rambutans, peeled, seed removed and chopped
60ml vodka or Bacardi
½ cup crushed ice
METHOD
Place palm sugar and limes into a glass. Using the end of a rolling pin crush until juice has been released from the limes.
Add rambutans and continue to crush. Pour into a cocktail shaker along with the vodka and ice. Shake and pour into two glasses.
Serve immediately.
