Sangria

INGREDIENTS
1 bottle (750ml) white wine
2 -3 shots brandy
2 tablespoons sugar
1 cinnamon stick
1-2 oranges cut into wedges
1 lemon cut into wedges
1 bottle (750ml) sparkling wine
METHOD
Place white wine, brandy, sugar and cinnamon into a large jug. Squeeze in juice from orange and lemon wedges and add wedges to the mix. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
Before serving add sparkling wine (you can use soda water instead of wine).
Makes 2 litres.
