Best ever chocolate mousse

Best ever chocolate mousse, dessert, mousse, chocolate, after dinner
INGREDIENTS

200g block dark chocolate, chopped
25g unsalted butter, melted
3 eggs, separated
2 tablespoons tia maria or brandy
300ml cream
extra 300ml whipped cream, to serve
extra shaved dark chocolate, to decorate
METHOD

Place chocolate and melted butter in large heat-proof bowl over a small pan of simmering water, stir until smooth. Remove from heat; stand for 5 minutes to cool slightly. Gradually beat in yolks and Tia Maria.

Beat egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture until smooth.

Beat cream in same bowl until soft peaks form. Gently fold into chocolate mixture until just combined.

Spoon mixture between four large serving glasses or six small serving glasses. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours or overnight until set.

Serve topped with extra whipped cream. Decorate with extra chocolate.

i live chocolate mouse but is it possible to make without egg. please if you have then can you send me more chocolate deserts recepies or any thing which is egg free. thanks
I wrote this recipe down but then lost it when doing a bit of a clean up, however I did make it tonight and it worked out quite well. Here's how I remember the recipe. 4 chicken breasts wrapped in bacon 2 punnets of cherry tomatoes 1 red capsicum chats potato's (enough for 4 people) Throw into a large shallow baking tray tomatoes, chopped capsicum and potatoes which have been sliced into 1cm slices (roughly). Splash on some olive oil and toss the items so they are well coated. (I then seasoned with salt and pepper but not sure if they did this on the TV). Place the chicken wrapped in bacon into the dish. Cook for 25 minutes at 240 degrees. (celcius). I think they then tossed chopped parsely through the veges once cooked - I skipped that. Very quick and easy meal to make - and best of all you only mess one baking dish! Hope this helps.
Hi, I am looking for a recipe that was on the TV the same day the chocolate mousse was shown so June 27. It was roast chicken that you use chicken fillets instead of a whole chicken and you only cook it for 25mins. If I could get that recipe that would be fantastic. Thankyou Nikki
