Mini fish cake burgers

Making fish cake burgers is as easy as blending fish, beans, chilli sauce, salt and pepper and moulding the mix into patties.
INGREDIENTS

300g white flesh fish (boneless and skinless)
50g green beans, finely chopped
1 tablespoon sweet chilli sauce
salt and pepper, to taste
4 mini bap rolls, split
small pineapple rings, sliced tomato, butter lettuce leaves and mayonnaise, to serve

METHOD

Place fish, beans, chilli sauce, salt and pepper in a food processor. Process until just combined. Shape mixture into four patties.

Heat a large oiled frying pan over a medium heat. Cook patties for 2 to 3 minutes each side or until golden brown and just cooked through.

Serve patties between rolls with pineapple, tomato, lettuce and mayonnaise.
