Pizzaiola beef rissoles with lebanese bread wraps and salad is a good way to get rid of all the left over items in the fridge.
INGREDIENTS

rissoles
500g beef mince
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 small onion, finely chopped
2 teaspoons dried oregano
1/3 cup tomato paste
½ cup grated parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons chopped basil
2 tablespoons water
salt and pepper
cooking spray
lebanese bread wraps, salad and sauce, to serve

METHOD

Combine rissole ingredients in a bowl and mix lightly to combine.

Preheat barbecue plate on high. Take 3 tablespoons of the mince mixture and shape it to form a rissole. Repeat with remaining mixture to make 12 small rissoles. Lightly brush or spray the rissoles with oil.

Reduce heat to medium and add the rissoles. Cook 3 to 4 minutes each side or until cooked through completely.

Fill wraps with rissoles, salad and your choice of sauce; serve immediately
