The red carpet fashion at this year's Grammy Awards was split into two categories: glam and garish.

While ladies like Adele, Alicia Keys and Taylor Swift kept things classy and elegant, others like Cyndi Lauper, Fergie and Nicki Minaj went out of their way to find the most bizarre outfits imaginable.

The death of Whitney Houston meant the awards ceremony was rather subdued, and Jennifer Hudson's rendition of Houston's classic 'I Will Always Love You' brought tears to hundreds of A-list eyes.
