Adam D'Sylva
Fascinated by cooking from an early age, Adam honed his craft thanks to stints at Pearl Restaurant and Longrain in Melbourne before heading overseas to work in leading restaurants in Italy, Hong Kong and New York. He won the Good Food Guide's Young Chef of the Year in 2008 and has twice been awarded the Lexus Young Chef of the Year award. Vietnamese chicken and prawn salad Alastair McLeod
Based in Brisbane, Alastair's current focus is as executive chef at the award-winning Bretts Wharf on the Brisbane River. He is also a TV presenter on the popular Ready Steady Cook, and the Queensland Weekender and a radio regular.
