Aperol and red grapefruit cocktail
INGREDIENTS

crushed ice
360ml Aperol
12 red (pink) grapefruit, juiced and strained
lime slices, to garnish
METHOD

Fill 6 tall tumblers with crushed ice, add ¼ cup (60ml) of Aperol to each and top with the grapefruit juice. Add a slice of lime to garnish and drink immediately.
