Jackie French's easy two ingredient pineapple sorbet

Jackie French prepared this recipe on part two of our TV special Christmas with the Australian Women's Weekly on Sunday December 11.
INGREDIENTS

2 cups of fresh pineapple, peeled and chopped
1/2 cup of lemon cordial
METHOD

1. Puree the fresh pineapple.

2. Add the lemon cordial to the pineapple puree together and blend.

3. Place mixture in a freezer proof container with the lid on until set.

4. Remove from freezer, scrape out and serve.
