Question:

I work as a cook and my hands are often in water, which has left my nails in bad repair. Are there any products that can help?

Answer:

It's important to give your hands some TLC.

Use Revitanail Hand & Nail Cream, 100g, $20, a top treatment to hydrate hands and strengthen nails or Nivea hand SOS Balm, 50ml, $5.50, for chapped, dry hands.

When nails are discoloured Scholl Perfect Nails, $20, is a nifty portable pen to file, condition and brighten your nails.
